Shared Experiences
Our team is characterized by the tight bonds developed over nearly two decades of shared experience and friendship. Jim, Dave and Jerry developed a strong bond while in leadership roles that depended on each other while at Extreme Engineering in 2000's which continued through the Schlumberger acquisition and then into Evolution Engineering, where they were among the founding team. Rodney, Jim and Dave also worked together in previous tours of duty. Jim and Josh go back the furthest however, when they were co-workers at Esso in the 90's and then rejoined at Evolution.
