Our MWD Supply acquisition has created an excellent synergy with our core proprietary product lines.

When we acquired MWD Supply, we focused on a "Fleet Refresh" to ensure the product matched our Quality Program. We have "hour out" criteria for maintenance and "end of life" to control quality. 

Every kit now contains upgraded directional sensors - the key intelligent system of the platform. In stage one we upgraded the 150C MEMS Sensors with new boards and manufacturer recalibration. In stage two, we replaced the MEMS Sensors with higher grade Q-Flex "Aerospace grade" 175C & 185C units. During stage three we added our own telemetry control board to bring online improved our own digital signal processing language: higher data rates, improved valve control, compression, EM downlinking.  

Gamma sensors received the same overhaul to new 175C "ruggedized" modules. Pulser units were completely refreshed (motors, drivelines, boards) and shortened using proprietary designs. The short probe length reduces the effects of shock and vibration.  

On surface, we developed a wireless Rig Floor Display and then added our own Decoder system. This is Quantum's very own digital signal processing code, our own firmware, our own software user interface.  

We control all variables, ensuring our fleet is not only well-maintained but also represents the latest and most advanced technology in the industry!
