We are seeking an experienced Well Planner to join our team in either our Houston or Dallas office. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality well plans for horizontal and complex wells, with a strong emphasis on performance, efficiency, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience using Compass for well planning for anti-collision, torque and drag; and supporting Wellseeker X for field operations. The candidate should also have a proven track record of drilling optimization, including improving rate of penetration, reducing drilling days, and supporting real-time or post-well performance analysis. This position will work closely with drilling engineers, geoscience teams, and operations to ensure well designs are technically sound and optimized for execution.

We are seeking a skilled Firmware Engineer to join our Calgary office and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of embedded firmware for hardware-based systems. This role involves close collaboration with hardware, systems, and product teams to deliver reliable, high-performance firmware solutions from concept through deployment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience developing complex firmware in C/C++, a solid understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems, and hands-on experience debugging and validating firmware on real hardware. Experience working with downhole oilfield electronics, communication protocols, and performance optimization is essential.
