Quantum Services™

We didn’t choose Direct-to-Operator. The market did.

Quantum started as a technology company. The plan was simple — sell upgraded EM telemetry, hops, and downhole sensors through directional drilling channels as their OEM. That plan worked internationally with Tier 1 service companies. In US Land, it didn’t.

The US directional drilling segment shut us out. They had margin pressure and sunk costs with oversupplied legacy Pulse MWD fleets, and no appetite to use limited Capex on anything but Rotary Steerable — even when operators wanted what we had. So we pivoted. Operators told us: if you can deliver the service, we’ll sign. In 2025, we did.

Customers

Our tools are actively drilling today for some of the largest operators in the world.

Our MWD is downhole today drilling wells for some of the most notable producers in the world, including Exxon/Imperial, BPX, Oxy, EOG and Cenovus. Our Leap system is active in 11 countries in onshore and offshore applications. As the MWD service of record, we hold multiple operator basin records. That’s not luck — that’s earned.

Operators wanted the tech. The middlemen wouldn’t deliver it. So we went direct.

Pricing

Day rate. Footage. Performance.

Whatever incentive structure aligns the rig and the operator on the same outcome. We don't bury revenue in unused tools or padded BHA spreads.

Day Rate

Predictable cost per spread day. Clean line item, no hidden BHA rentals.

Footage

Pay for what we drill. Aligns the rig and the tool on the same objective.

Performance

Skin in the game. VCL incremental success, curve times — we are game.
